Loyalty offers are only given during July 9 - August 6th, parents only have 48 hours to accept.

After discussing the loyalty offer with coaches, KRVA, some parents from Force and outside of Force, we have come to the conclusion that Loyalty offers for 12u-16u does not work well with our philosophy of "serving the individual athlete."  

We feel that everyone should have an equal opportunity to come to tryouts knowing that none of the 10 positions have been filled.

This gives our young athletes a true competitive opportunity to work hard in the off-season, come back hungry to tryouts with the single aim of making "The Team." 

This does not prevent us from having off-season discussions  with parents about the future of your daughter with Force. 

Loyalty offers are binding and very difficult for players to be released and tryout for any other club.  Once you accept an offer, a club may change the coach,  in some cases your daughter is not guaranteed a spot on the A team, they are just guaranteed a spot in that club.  We feel this ties the hands of the athlete and does not provide a chance for raising the bar, reaching higher, and exploring other options.

When athletes become Juniors and Seniors (17U,18U) in high school, those players have established who they will play with and who they will play for.  Their position is determined and they are looking forward to work, college and life beyond club and high school volleyball.
